Eferin products are made on demand. Production time is separate from shipping time, and delivery estimates can vary based on product type, destination, carrier performance, holidays, and production partner availability.

Order Review and Production

After checkout, Eferin reviews the order details. If a size, address, personalization detail, or product option needs clarification, we may contact you before production starts.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us quickly if the address needs correction. Address changes may not be possible after production or shipment has started.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be shared through the order email or customer account order details. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the label is created.

Delays

Print-on-demand orders can be affected by file review, production queues, carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, and holiday volume. Eferin will help review order status when a shipment appears delayed.
