These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of beddozy.com and purchases from Beddozy. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement in your location. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized account activity.

Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful shopping and personal use. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or fraudulent information, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce content without permission, or use the website in a way that harms Beddozy, customers, or service providers.

Products and Product Information

Beddozy sells the products, designs, and sizes offered on the website. Product descriptions, dimensions, images, and colors are provided to help customers choose an item. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, material, manufacturing, and normal production tolerances.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected product, design, size, quantity, shipping address, and final total before checkout.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected items. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not prevent Beddozy from reviewing the order. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment when reasonably necessary because of unavailable products, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Payments, Pricing, and Taxes

Payment must be successfully completed through an available checkout method before fulfillment begins. Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is placed. The final amount shown at checkout may include product prices, size-based pricing, quantities, shipping charges, taxes, and discounts.

If an obvious pricing, product, or checkout error occurs, we may correct the error, cancel the affected order, issue an appropriate refund, or contact the customer before fulfillment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you want to change or cancel an order. We can make production changes or stop an order only while this remains operationally possible. Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, destination, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our Shipping Policy provides more information.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

Intellectual Property

The Beddozy name, website design, product designs, descriptions, graphics, photographs, logos, page layouts, and other website content are owned by Beddozy or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or commercially exploit that content without written permission or another lawful basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beddozy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, delivery delays, third-party services, or inability to access the website.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protection law.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict website or account access, refuse service, or cancel an order when we reasonably believe there has been fraud, unlawful activity, misuse of the website, a security risk, or a material violation of these Terms. Any cancellation and refund will remain subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s location. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so the parties can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in this section prevents either party from using a court, regulator, or dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. The Terms in effect when an order is placed will govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
